I saw this powder doing the rounds on Social media, blogs and YouTube channel and I decided to give it a go. It was a choice between the foundation and the powder and I decided to go for the powder simply because I currently don’t have a pressed powder.
I attended the launch event of the African Extracts Rooibos Daily Repair Facial oil early last month and part of their goodie bag was the African Extracts Rooibos Daily Repair Facial oil. I decided to tell you a little bit about it.
Theres are always those products that you just naturally reach for! Here is what I have been reaching for lately in the beauty front
LA Girl PRO Conceal in beautiful bronze
I basically use this concealer for contouring. It’s warm and in my opinion the perfect shade for my skintone. It gives me a natural contour and I love it for that.
Beauty treats Max Effect Mascara
One thing that I love about this mascara is that the bristles are quiet short and the wand is thin which makes it great for bottom lashes. Hence I have been reaching for it quiet a lot lately
The Balm Bahama mama bronzer
I use this bronzer to set my cream contour and sometimes as a contour on its own. It’s very subtle but its buildable. At least on my complexion it is.
Avon MagiX prime and set spray.
Two things stood out for me about this product. The dewy finish when I prime with it and that it enhances my highlighter when I set with it. This makes it a good setting spray.
LA Girl Pro coverage Long wear laminating foundation in Bronze
I love that I can wear this foundation when I have a long day and it lasts!, its affordable and it is beautiful
That’s it from my current beauty faves. If you want to see my current hair faves you can do so here
Until the next one! Kisses
Herewith a product that I love but not exactly for the right reasons!! Don’t get me wrong it’s not about the product in fact from the few times that I have used it, it seems quiet good!! The problem is that I haven’t used it as much as I should have am I making sense? However I always, and I mean always use its mirror! I love it’s mirror and it’s honestly just a coincidence that the mirror is heart shaped. I swear.
I thought I should share with you guys five hair favourite products that I have been reaching for lately and what I use them for
One thing that I love about liquid lipstick apart from the fact that they are cute, is that they are long lasting. I received Rimmel Stay Matte liquid lipstick courtesy of Ruby Box and I decided to lip swatch and Review them. If you would like to see the swatch video, head on over to my YouTube channel and check it out. Now for the review
One of the many ways to style natural hair is a high puff. I used to think that its only possible on long hair but one thing I can tell you is that there is always a way in the natural hair world and I am here today to share a tutorial on how to do a high puff.
One thing that most naturals struggle with is how to retain moisture and keep your hair so soft. I have a few hacks on how I keep mine soft and moisturized keep on reading
Loose powder is mostly used for baking in the beauty world! I got my hands on the Revlon Touch and glow loose powder. One of the things that attracted me to this powder is that one of its benefits which is that it induces glow. I mean we all want that don’t we? That glow!
Heatless curls are one of the easiest ways to achieve curls without using direct heat. One of those are Bantu knots. I used to do bantu knots a lot when I was relaxed and Texlaxed. I haven’t really done any heatless curls intentionally on my natural hair so I decided to try them out starting with bantu knots.
