I saw this powder doing the rounds on Social media, blogs and YouTube channel and I decided to give it a go. It was a choice between the foundation and the powder and I decided to go for the powder simply because I currently don’t have a pressed powder.
One thing I need to mention though is that there were very limited amount of shades in store and there were no testers which was quiet a bummer. I had to insist to open the product to check if it was my shade which is quiet an inconvenience to everyone really but luckily it was so I ended up picking up the one we opened much to the ladies delight. The closes shade to me was 330 Toffee.
It’s a Matte and Poreless powder which promised to smooth skin texture, Even skin tone, blends seamlessly and gives a shine free, soft complexion . and that is pretty much it. I will come back with a full review after I use it sufficiently.
When I tried it in store it looked fine, I asked the lady to apply it to the back of my jaw. When I tried it at home it seemed just a bit dark on my cheeks but not enough to worry me. And to be fair come sometime my skin tone is the rainbow nation due to the fact that I burn easily. I am yet to decide on the finish.
The packaging is black with white branding and clear half in front in order to see the shade.
It currently retails for R99 at clicks and Dischem
